The UST520 features E-Mark and R118 COC-ready certifications to accelerate regulatory approval and shorten time-to-market for fleet operators and system integrators. Designed for harsh mobility environments, the fanless system supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C and withstands up to 3 Grms of vibration (with SSD). For HDD-based NVR applications, an optional anti-vibration kit further enhances recording stability.
Massive Camera Integration with Software-Defined PoE
Designed for high-density surveillance, the UST520 supports up to 8 or 16 2.5GbE PoE ports via M12/RJ-45 connectors. By eliminating external PoE switches, the system reduces wiring complexity, saves installation space, and lowers total deployment cost. Our PoE Manager software enables individual port control and monitoring, allowing operators to remotely manage power status and optimize maintenance efficiency without physical intervention.
Smart Ignition for Battery and Data Safe Operation
The UST520 supports a wide 12/24/48 VDC input range (9–60 VDC configurable), enabling seamless deployment across diverse vehicle platforms. Smart Ignition protects system health through configurable IGN ON/OFF delay and low-voltage shutdown mechanisms at the BIOS level, preventing unexpected data loss and unstable system behavior. In addition, Axiomtek’s DigiHub provides API tools that enable developers to manage Smart Ignition directly at the OS level, supporting flexible integration and customized power control interfaces.
Event-Driven Surveillance Architecture
With a built-in accelerometer, the UST520 enables motion-triggered and impact-aware recording without additional sensor modules. This event-driven architecture eliminates the need for additional external sensor modules, saving valuable system space and reducing hardware complexity, while ensuring accurate incident recording and uploading.
