Axiomtek adheres to the RBA Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct, emphasizing employee well-being, environmental sustainability, and ethical management practices. Green products are central to our sustainable development strategy, supported by ongoing investment in R&D for eco-friendly technologies. We believe in supporting domestic suppliers and promoting energy efficiency, with 88% of procurement sourced domestically. ISO 14064-1 certification underscores our commitment to managing greenhouse gases.
In terms of corporate governance, Axiomtek follows the principle of fairness and justice, ensures the efficient operation of the group’s governance mechanism, protects the rights and interests of shareholders, adheres to transparency and social responsibility, and establishes a cooperative relationship of mutual trust and mutual benefit with stakeholders. It is worth mentioning that in the results of the 11th (2025) corporate governance evaluation, Axiomtek has been ranked in the top 5% (first level) of “listed companies” for eight consecutive years. Additionally, it entered the list with a market value of more than 5 billion yuan to 10 billion yuan in the top 5% list of over-the-counter companies. This achievement is an affirmation of our continuous pursuit of excellence and the Group’s commitment to improving corporate governance standards.
Our sustainability reporting follows GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards, integrating major themes with business strategies for continual improvement. The Policy of Sustainable Development at Axiomtek
In 2015, all member states of the United Nations adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which provides a common blueprint for peace and prosperity for all people and the planet, now and in the future. With 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as the core and 169 targets as the direction of implementation, it aims to achieve the vision of promoting the survival and sustainable development of human beings by 2030. Since its establishment, Axiomtek has been focusing on technology cultivation and long-term corporate development in accordance with its original intention, and at the same time taking care of Axiomtek's employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers, society and other stakeholders, and adhering to the sustainable visions of “Corporate Governance and Honest Management,” “Green Products and Environmental Protection,” and “Caring for Employees and the Disadvantaged” in order to become a domestic benchmark enterprise and to pursue sustainable management and development. The current ESG vision was set by the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Founder) in discussion with senior executives. In 2024, Axiomtek will revisit and redefine its ESG-related vision and policies in conjunction with Axiomtek's 2030 corporate development visioning exercise.

It has always been the Company's practice to emphasize a corporate spirit of integrity and honesty, to abide by the laws and business ethics, and to maintain excellent corporate governance. Prohibiting improper profits and unfair business competition, the Company has been respecting intellectual property rights, committed to protecting the privacy of each customer and business partner. To make life better and society a better place to live, the Company has been contributing to the establishment of various communication channels, engagement in community volunteering, and promotion of social responsibility.
To care for employees and the disadvantaged
Giving priority to employee safety and health conforming to governmental regulations, the Company has been offering reasonable salaries and benefits, granting all employees equal rights, treasuring, and bringing up talents. At Axiomtek, any discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited, and so are child labor and forced labor. With a firm stand to support the balance of life and the well-being of physical and mental health, the Company has been offering reasonable and flexible working hours, aiming to create a safe, healthy, stimulating, and comfortable working environment through an open management model for better communication with employees.
To design green products for environmental protection
Regarding product development, the design mentality lies in the endurance of the product life cycle from the very outset where efforts have been made throughout the entire process of material selection, product design, supplier management, and manufacturing to reduce energy consumption, enhance efficiency, streamline the process, and develop green, environment-friendly products. To meet the management guideline on banned and restricted hazardous substances as required by customers and stakeholders, all specifications of the product have been carefully designed to deliver high quality. Making every possible effort in all business aspects, the Company is proud to have been helping protect the environment, fulfilling its responsibility as a world citizen.
Sustainable Development Committee
Axiomtek aims to become a "benchmark company" and an "invisible champion" in the industry. In 2021, Axiomtek established a Sustainable Development Committee to manage projects and issues related to corporate sustainable development from three aspects: corporate governance, environment, and society.
In 2023, the Sustainable Development Committee will be reorganized into a functional committee of the Board of Directors, integrating various internal functional organizations and comprising six working groups, including the Corporate Governance Team, the Sustainable Environment Team, the Social Welfare Team, the Sustainability Information Disclosure Team, the Risk Management Team and the Information and Communications Security Team, as well as the ESG Promotion Office.

Responsible for human rights management policies and procedures, compliance with human rights-related laws and regulations and international standards, establishing internal and external communications among all members of the organization (such as employees, subsidiaries, joint ventures, etc.) and key members of the value chain, assessing related risks and management mechanisms, and promoting community and cultural development to achieve the goal of sustainable operations. |
Sustainability Information Disclosure Team |
Responsible for the sustainable information management policy, compliance with relevant laws and regulations and international standards for sustainable information disclosure, and fully disclose relevant and reliable sustainable information to enhance the transparency of sustainable information. The inter-departmental team shall execute the tasks assigned by the preceding paragraph, organize and implement the plan or other sustainability-related matters, and submit the implementation results to the full-time (part-time) sustainable development unit or this committee. |
Risk Management Team |
Responsible for conducting various risk management and assessments based on the environmental, social, and governance management frameworks, regularly reviewing whether various systems can achieve operational objectives, ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and rationality of the Company's operational, financial, environmental, internal control, and legal risk project management, and regularly reporting the company's risk management overview to the board of directors. |
Information and Communications Security Team |
Responsible for formulating, planning and implementing information and communications security policies, and regularly reporting to the Board of Directors on the Company's information and communications security governance status. |
In order to implement its corporate social responsibility while facilitating the progress of economy, environment, and society, the “Sustainable Development Committee was established along with the “Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles” so as to achieve the sustainable development of the Company.
In order to implement its corporate social responsibility while facilitating the progress of the economy, environment, and society, the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (i.e., CSR Team) was established along with the "Code of Practice for Corporate Social Responsibility" so as to achieve sustainable development of the Company. As one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of PC-based industrial computer products, Axiomtek is committed to implementing pollution prevention and related environmental protection measures in line with the quality control system as required in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485. Under the highest environmental policy, "relentless environmental protection for sustainable resource abundance", the Company is committed to:
* Complying with relevant requirements and regulations of national environmental protection laws and environmental protection organizations;
* Educating its employees on the concept of environmental protection; and
* Communicating with suppliers of raw materials, as well as third-party vendors, on the topic of environmental protection, jointly upholding environmental protection and a sustainable economy.
Different stakeholders may have different concerns, and it is Axiomtek’s duty and responsibility to provide the most appropriate responses to those concerns. Axiomtek has established effective communication channels and assigned dedicated personnel to listen to stakeholder needs and incorporate the feedback collected from various channels into the report, providing detailed explanations and responses.
To ensure the implementation of key issues and the achievement of related goals, the Sustainable Development Committee submits an annual report to the Board of Directors on its operational effectiveness, including stakeholder communication and issues of concern. The 2024 stakeholder communication was reported to the Board of Directors on October 29, 2024.
